4. Your gift arrives — delivered to your inbox in 2–3 days.

What products do you offer?

We currently offer one simple product:
a full-length personalized song crafted from your story for $80.

What ages are these songs good for?

All ages! We create songs for babies, kids, teens, adults, and grandparents.

How long does it take to receive my song?

Your personalized song will be delivered within 2-3 days after checkout.

No problem! Just type "Help me choose" under Custom Mood in the Song Survey and we'll take care of the rest. We'll match the style to details you provide about your special person.

If I choose “Custom Mood” in the Song Survey, what kind of details can I provide?

You can be as detailed as you’d like. Many people share:

an artist or song they love
the type of energy they want (soft, upbeat, dreamy, playful)
instruments they prefer (guitar, piano, etc.)
a general feeling they want the song to create

Anything you share helps us shape the vibe so your personalized song feels exactly right.

Can I request revisions?

No. Because each song is uniquely written and generated from your story, the final version is delivered as-is.
This helps keep the experience simple, fast, and true to the story you shared.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each song is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once we begin production.

If something feels off, please reach out, we always want you to feel good about your gift.

Can you create songs in other languages?

Yes! We currently offer songs in English and Spanish.

How will I receive my song?

All songs are delivered digitally to your email provided at checkout as a WAV file (better quality than MP3).

You can download, save, share, or play it anytime.

Can you incorporate multiple names?

Yes. Add the details in your Song Survey, and we will incorporate them naturally into the lyrics. Maximum of 4 names.

Can I share this as a gift?

Absolutely! Your personalized song is yours to share with family and friends however you'd like. It's a perfect gift for birthdays, celebrations, or just because.

Do you store my information?

We only store the details needed to create your song and deliver it. We never sell or share your personal information - see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Do I own the rights to the song once I receive it?

You receive a perpetual, personal-use license to enjoy and share your custom song with your family forever.

We retain the underlying production rights so we can legally create and deliver your custom music, but the song is yours to enjoy without limits, so play it, save it, gift it, share it with loved ones, and keep it as a family memory.
